Casa Rosetta is an old farmhouse near Monesiglio, at 600 metres in the Alta Langa. One and a half hectares of woodland come with the house.

The fenced garden has lavender, roses, fruit trees and olive trees. There is a sheltered patio and a terrace under the vines. A little further down the hill is the Magliano winery.
